Technical Support and Call Out

We offer a technical support service via telephone and e-mail, and a set fee will be made for each successful solution. If the problem cannot be resolved this way, a call out will then be made to your establishment by one of our technicians. For this service, a set fee for up to two hours work will be charged with an hourly rate for extended durations. If the initial phone or email support is unsuccessful and a call out booked, only the call out charge will apply.

 

Recording, production and CD mastering services

Our professional mobile recording equipment with engineer is available for most situations. The block recording of students exam coursework, or music concerts, bands / groups and solo performances can all be recorded, mixed and mastered to CD. This provides the opportunity for departmental fundraising through CD sales within the school and also promotional material for both the school and the students. It has been found that the amount of self-confidence and esteem that the students gain from this type of activity makes the project more than worthwhile.

 

Studio Design, Rehearsal Rooms and Soundproofing.

There are many factors to be considered when designing a recording studio or rehearsal room, especially within educational establishments. Soundproofing rooms and acoustic treatments require specialised knowledge, and MTS provides custom solutions to cater for your budget. An initial consultation is required to assess the situation so that a report with quotations can be written.
